COMMUNICATIONS + ENERGY
Telecom equipment and site power under one engineering scope
Huijue supports telecom operators, tower companies, EPC contractors, distributors and infrastructure owners with purpose-built site-energy systems. The wider HJ Group public profile traces its development from communications equipment manufacturing into the combined model of communications products, energy storage and system integration.
Our engineering process begins with the 24-hour load profile, source availability, outage behavior, climate, physical access and availability target—not a fixed product bundle. Each system can combine photovoltaic generation, LiFePO4 storage, equipment-compatible DC or AC power, grid or generator inputs, outdoor enclosures and remote energy management.

WHY HUIJUE FOR TELECOM ENERGY
Where telecom, power and site engineering meet
A dependable telecom site-energy system is not defined by its panels or batteries alone. Reliability comes from matching the communications load, energy architecture and physical site into one verifiable design.Understand the telecom load
Radio, transmission, cooling, security, lighting and auxiliary loads behave differently. We define continuous demand, peak current, load priority, future growth and every required voltage window before sizing the energy system.Engineer the energy balance
Solar yield, grid availability, battery operating window, generator strategy and worst-season recovery are modelled together so that autonomy and source priority support the required service level.Integrate for the real environment
Cabinet ingress protection, thermal control, grounding, cable entry, wind loading, corrosion, maintenance access, alarms and communications are resolved for the actual site—not a showroom configuration.

R&D AND MANUFACTURING
From system architecture to repeatable production
Huijue’s published R&D structure connects its Shanghai headquarters with system integration, ICT infrastructure, mobile communications and smart-energy teams. The wider group profile describes two Jiangsu production bases: one focused on customized energy-storage design and production, and another focused on standardized production.- Market-driven development: project feedback is translated into product requirements, interface improvements and repeatable configurations.
- Integrated engineering: electrical, mechanical, thermal, control and communications disciplines meet at the cabinet and site boundary.
- Production discipline: assembly, inspection, parameter configuration, functional testing and documentation support repeatable delivery.
- Innovation investment: Huijue’s official profile reports 21% of its team working in R&D and more than 4% of sales revenue invested in R&D over the last three years.
FROM FACTORY TO OPERATING SITE
Integration quality continues through commissioning
Before a site enters service, the interfaces, settings, protection, documentation and field checks must agree with the approved design.
FACTORY INTEGRATION
Verified before shipment
Cabinet assembly, wiring inspection, parameter configuration and functional checks create a traceable handover package for installation teams.- Electrical and mechanical inspection
- Control and alarm verification
- Project documentation and export preparation
FIELD COMMISSIONING
Accepted as one energy system
Site checks confirm source inputs, battery behavior, DC continuity, alarms and operating logic under the actual installation conditions.- Installation and polarity checks
- Source-priority and reserve settings
- Monitoring, training and handover support
PROCUREMENT CONFIDENCE
Documents buyers should expect before approval
Approval teams need traceable assumptions, interface definitions, settings and acceptance criteria. The same record should remain useful during installation and operation.Compliance applies to the stated model and destination.Applicable IEC, transport, battery, EMC, enclosure and local grid requirements are identified during project definition. Certification should always be verified against the exact supplied model and destination market.

GLOBAL PROJECT DELIVERY
A clear responsibility path from inquiry to operation
For a site system or an equipment-only order, Huijue records the supply boundary and interfaces before production so local installers and operators can plan their work.- 01 · DefineLoad, location, sources, autonomy, environment, standards and commercial scope.
- 02 · EngineerArchitecture, energy model, ratings, protection, cabinet, controls and documentation.
- 03 · IntegrateManufacture, configure, inspect, test, record and prepare for international shipment.
- 04 · CommissionSupport installation checks, source logic, alarms, training and acceptance.
- 05 · OptimizeReview availability, battery health, solar contribution, generator runtime and alarm quality.
BUYER QUESTIONS
What project teams usually ask first
Can Huijue configure a telecom site energy system for our load and location?
Yes. The preliminary configuration can cover PV generation, storage, rectification, MPPT or hybrid control, distribution, outdoor cabinets, generator or grid interfaces and EMS. Final scope depends on the site data and responsibility boundary.
Can we purchase individual products instead of a turnkey system?
Yes. Modular batteries, rectifiers, controllers, AC-DC power supplies and indoor or outdoor energy cabinets can be supplied separately when the electrical and communication interfaces are clearly defined.
What information is required for a preliminary proposal?
Provide the site location, 24-hour load profile, DC and AC interfaces, grid and generator history, required autonomy, climate, altitude, available installation area, future load growth and applicable standards.
How are quality and acceptance requirements handled?
Inspection points, documentation, factory testing and site-acceptance responsibilities should be agreed in the project specification. Certification is confirmed for the exact models and destination rather than assumed for an entire product family.
